Repeat the light baths until you feel better.
Generally, improvements will occur within 1 week.
You may repeat the light bath as often as you like during the dark period of the year.Take a light
bath on at least 5 successive days.

HF3308: Switch the appliance off after use and remove the mains plug from the wall socket.

HF3309:Approx. 2 minutes before the end of the light bath, the time on the display blinks
during 1 minute.After this minute, the energy level indication also starts blinking until the
appliance automatically switches off.

Cleaning the appliance
Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning it.

Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth (fig. 7).

Make sure that no water runs into the appliance (fig. 8).
Do not use abrasives, scourers or liquids such as alcohol, petrol or acetone.

Tube lamps

When the tube lamps stop working or after a period of 10,000 burning hours (after many
years of normal use), they have to be replaced.Tube lamps must always be replaced by Philips
or a service centre authorised by Philips, as special tools and/or parts are required.
The tube lamps must always be replaced with Philips Original EnergyLight PL-L 36W tube lamps.
Environment
Tube lamps contain substances that may pollute the environment.The lamps of the appliance
contain substances that can be harmful to the environment.When you discard the lamps, do not
throw them away with the normal household waste but hand them in at an official collection point.

Do not throw the appliance away with the normal household waste at the end of its life, but
hand it in at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this you will help to preserve
the environment (fig. 9).
