EXTERNAL CLEANING

Do not clean the external surface
of the stove with water or abrasive
products because they may
damage the stove. Use a feather
duster or a rag a bit wet.
8.7. CLEANING THE
REGISTERS
In order to maintain the validity
of the warranty period, it is
compulsory that the registers
of the stove are cleaned by a
technician authorized by Bronpi
Calefacción, who shall leave a
record in writing of the intervention made.
It consists of cleaning the ash registers of the stove as well as the smoke passway.
First, it is necessary to clean completely the inside of the combustion chamber. It is not necessary to extract the inside vermiculite plate in
none of the models, except for the Brenda and Brenda-E models. Rub dirty surfaces with a steel brush.
It is also necessary to clean the chamber of the heat exchangers because the soot accumulated in the upper part complicates the smoke
circulation. In order to access this part, it is necessary to remove the top of the stove and, then, follow the next steps:
- Extract the register cover by unscrewing the four screws. Drawings D24 and D25.
- Clean the ashes placed in the upper part. Drawing D26.
- Replace the pieces and check the hermeticism of the register.

- When opening the door of the oven, at the top, you can find the
top cleaning cover.
- Extract the register cover by unscrewing the screws.
- Clean the ashes placed in the upper part. Drawing D27.
- Replace the pieces and check the hermeticism of the register.
In the models Brenda and Brenda-E:
In these models, the heat exchange zone and therefore the area of
smoke passage can be reached by removing the vermiculite plates
from the interior of the combustion chamber (see drawing D28):
- Loosen the screws that support the side plates and then remove the back plates.
- Clean the ash deposited, descaling the soot that has been deposited in the area of the smoke passage.
- Remove the existing registration cover behind the vermiculite and clean the inside by sucking up all the dirt.
- Replace the parts and check the register tightness.
