16.2. Electronic control

Electrical voltage!
Risk of fatal injury due to electric shock.
• Work on the electronic control unit must be carried out
by a qualified electrician!
• Switch the pump off! To do so, press the main switch on
the machine!
• Disconnect the mains plug!
Symptom
The machine will not start.
The machine stops.

16.3. Pump tube complete with drive

Symptom
The pump motor stops.
Translation of the original instruction
Possible cause
There is no input voltage.
The overcurrent protection
device has tripped.
Possible cause
The motor has overheated.
The speed you have set is
too low.
Material blockages in the
hose;
pressure above 16 bar.
Foreign body in the pump
hopper or screw conveyor.
Analysis, remedy
• Disconnect the motor from the power supply or remove
the connecting cable.
• Check the power supply at the building site distributor,
the supply cables and the cable reel.
• Reconnect the power supply if it was interrupted.
• Disconnect the motor from the power supply or remove
the connecting cable.
• Have the motor, pump shaft and screw conveyor che-
cked.
• Have the fault eliminated, if needed.
• After the fault has been eliminated, the overcurrent pro-
tection device must be unlocked.
Analysis, remedy
• Disconnect the motor from the power supply or remove
the connecting cable.
• Allow the motor to cool down.
• Increase the speed if applicable.
• Run the machine in reverse until the mortar pressure
gauge indicates 0 bar and the material
hose is depressurised.
• Disconnect the motor from the power supply or remove
the connecting cable.
• Remove the material hose. Clean the material hose and
remove any material blockages. If needed, connect a new
material hose.
• Run the machine in reverse until the mortar pressure
gauge indicates 0 bar and the material
hose is depressurised.
• Disconnect the motor from the power supply or remove
the connecting cable.
• Remove the foreign body and clean the pump hopper or
screw conveyor.
