Programmed Play
You can choose up to 12 selections for playback in the order you
like.

Whilst in the stop mode, press the MEMORY button to
enter the programming save mode.

Within 6 seconds, use the direct
search buttons to select the desired
track.
The selected track number will be auto-
matically displayed on the TV screen.

Repeat step 2 for other tracks. Up to 12 tracks can be
programmed.

z For discs with TOC, track numbers which do not exist on the discs
are deleted from the programme at the time the disc information
is read.
z If the total playing time of the programmed tracks exceeds 99
minutes, it cannot be displayed.
To clear the programmed selections:

Press the MEMORY button.
The programming screen will ap-
pear on the TV screen.

Within 5 seconds, press the CLEAR
button.
Each time the button is pressed,
one track will be cleared, beginning
with the last track programmed.
Adding tracks to the programme:
If a programme has been previously stored, the "MEMORY" indica-
tor will be displayed. Then follow steps 1 - 2 to add tracks. The new
tracks will be stored after the last track of the original programme.
Notes:
z Opening the disc compartment automatically cancels the pro-
grammed sequence.

z When the function is changed from CD to another or the unit is
set to the power stand-by mode, the programmed selections will

z During programme operation, random play is not possible.
z The programme function will not work in the P.B.C. mode. Whilst
PROGRAM MENU
the programme function is active, the P .B.C. function will be can-
celled automatically.
