MATERIALS
A 1 Cross Bar
B 4 M12 x 35mm x 1.75p Bolts, Lock Washer, Flat Washers, Witter Cage Nut Retainer & M12 Square Nut
C 1 Side Arm (R.H.)
D 1 Side Arm (L.H.)
E 4 Existing Bumper Beam Nuts
F 4 M12 x 35mm x 1.75p Bolts, and Serrated Lock Nuts
ZQ 1 Electrical Plate Bracket
ZE 1 Flip-Up Electrical Plate Kit
ZN 1 Neck Kit
For use with either
G111 Flange neck option – ZF3002. Note: This tow bar must be used with either a Witter Tow ball (part number Z11) or Class
A50-1 or A50-X tow ball, which dimensionally conforms to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the tow bar.
G111Q Detachable neck option – ZQ3025 or ZQF3025. Please refer to ZQ fitting instructions for installation.
FITTING
Remove each rear light cluster to expose top bumper screws. (2 plastic nuts behind boot trim)

Remove Bumper. (4 screws (3 for the Estate) in each wheel arch, 2plastic clips along bottom edge, 1 screw from top

edge under light cluster, pull bumper tips outward to release bumper from securing clips, pull rearwards to unclip top
centre section.)
Remove aluminium bumper beam and hand to customer.

Assemble 'Special Cage Nuts' (B) to Side Arms (C & D), using separate Fitting Instructions.

5. Insert Side Arms (C & D) into each chassis rail (lower Bumper Beam Studs locating through holes (E)) and loosely
secure with fasteners (B) and existing Bumper Beam fasteners (E)
Assemble Cross Bar (A) to Side Brackets (C & D) using fasteners (F)
6.
Assemble chosen Neck Kit (ZN), Electrical Plate Bracket (ZQ) and Electrical Plate Kit (ZE) to Cross Bar (A) using Fitting
7.
Instructions from Neck Kit. (Refer to diagram below to select the correct set of holes depending on vehicle type.)
Fully Tighten all fasteners, starting with fasteners (E)
8.
Cut bumper as shown below and refit to vehicle.
9.
Recommended torque settings:
Grade 8.8: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200 Nm
Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
