MATERIALS
A 1 Main Crossbar.
C 1 L/H Sidearm.
D 1 R/H Sidearm.
E 4 M12 x 35 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers, Flat Washers and Cage nut assemblies.
F 4 M12 x 35 x 1.75 Bolts and Nyloc Nuts.
G 2 M12 x 35 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers, Flat Washers and Cage nut assemblies.
X 6 M10 x 1.5 Existing fixings (Crash Beam Fixings)
ZE 1 Electrical Plate.
ZN 1 Neck option.
FITTING
1. Remove bumper by releasing 4 off torx fixings and one small hex head fixing holding vehicle wing to bumper in each
wheel arch
2. Remove 2 fixings (torx) from beneath lower bumper and most importantly remove 2 off hex head fixings hidden by
registration plate.
3. Remove light clusters via openings inside the vehicle boot. ( plastic nuts )
4. Peel back the bumper from the wheel arches, releasing clips beneath the light clusters; disconnect wiring to remove the
bumper.
5. Remove crash beam, retain fixings ("X") hand crash beam to customer.
Insert sidearms "C" & "D" ( with assembled cage nuts) into chassis openings and loosely attach using fixings "E" & "X".

slide part "A" ( with assembled cage nuts) into sidearm apertures ensuring cage nut assemblies are not dislodged

locate using fixings "G" and fixings "F"
Starting with fixings "G" tighten all fixings to their correct torques, fix "U" nuts ("H") into position and replace bumper in
8.
reverse order after cutting to suit fixed or retractable electrical plate Note: the bumper cut for the retractable electrical
plate is larger than for fixed.( see cutting information below)
9. Fit chosen neck option.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
