MATERIALS
A 1 Main Crossbar
B 1 L/H Sidearm
C 1 R/H Sidearm
D 6 M12 x 35 x 1.75 Bolt, Lock Washer, Flat Washer and Cage nut assembly
E 4 M12 x 35 x 1.75 Bolts and Nyloc Nuts
X 6 M10 x 1.5 Existing fixing nut with Flat Washer (Crash Beam Fixings)
ZE 1 Electrical Plate
ZN 1 Neck option (3007 series)
FITTING
1. Release in each wheel arch 4 off torx (TX20) fixings and one small hex head fixing (HEX7) holding bumper wing to the
vehicle.
2. Remove 2 off torx (TX20) fixings from beneath lower bumper.
3. Disconnect from below at rear plate, possible wiring to bumper (note: release first red locking clip on connector).
4. Release light clusters via openings inside the vehicle boot (2 off plastic nuts each), pull clusters backwards off and
disconnect wiring to clusters (note: release first red locking clip on connector).
5. Remove one torx (TX20) fixing to bumper at each light cluster.
6. Remove the bumper by peeling back the bumper from the wheel arches and releasing clips beneath the light clusters.
7. Remove crash beam, retain fixings ("X") and hand crash beam to customer.
Insert sidearms "B" & "C" (with assembled cage nuts) into chassis openings and loosely attach using fixings "D" & "X".

Mount main crossbar "A" to sidearms using fixings "E", see orientation of bar on illustration.

Starting with fixings "E" tighten all fixings to their correct torques.

11. Replace bumper in reverse order.
12. Fit chosen neck option with electrical plate.
13. Make a notch to bumper for retractable electrical plate. Note: the bumper cut is not necessary in case electrical plate is
"fixed".
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
