Trouble shooting
F aults often have simple explanations.

Before calling the customer service,
please refer to the fault table and
attempt to correct the fault yourself.
Please read through the safety
information at the beginning of these
instructions.
Fault table
Problem
Coffee or milk froth quality var-
ies widely.
No hot water dispensed.
Too little or no milk froth.
No intake of milk by the milk
system.
The individually selected
per-cup quantity is not reached.
Coffee dispensing slows to a
trickle or stops completely
No coffee dispensed, only
water.

Build-up of limescale in the
appliance.

The coffee shaft on the brewing

Solution
Descale the appliance as described in

Do not use milk that has already been
boiled. Use cold milk with a fat content
of at least 1.5%.

Connect the milk system to the outlet
system first, then the milk container.
Set a coarser grinding level.
Use coarser ground coffee.

Immerse the water filter in water until
