3. CONFORMITY OF USE
Use the device only to cook meat, bacon, fish, hamburgers, sausages, onions... and
also for fried eggs and omelettes
4. WAY OF FUNCTIONING
This griddle plate is fitted with cast iron plate. After 15 minutes preheating, the cast iron
plate reaches a homogeneous temperature on the whole cooking surface thanks to
incoloy heating elements (1 for PSF 400 E and 2 for PSF 600 E).
