Never knowingly use a defective device.
Replace parts that are defective, worn, missing or incomplete.
Contact the nearest factory-approved service centre if repairs or replacements are requi-
red.
In addition, the user of the device bears sole responsibility for malfunctions resulting from
improper use, incorrect maintenance, improper repair, damage or changes by persons
other than Riester employees or authorized service personnel.
All serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the
competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or the patient is establis-
hed.
If there are any problems with the product or use of the product, please contact your su-
pervisor immediately.
