3. CONFORMITY OF USE
Use the device only to cook homogeneously a piece of meat.
4. WAY OF FUNCTIONING
The gyros grills are available in 6 versions (2 energies: gas or electric and 3
heights of spit). According to the height of the spit, you can roast 15, 25 or 40 kg of
meat.
The mobile parts of these devices are put on ball bearings, so the engine is not
axial loaded.
The travel of the trolley is possible after having loosened the 2 side screws. It ena-
bles to adjust the distance between the meat and the cooking zone.
The switch in facade allows starting the motor.
The devices are equipped with a power socket allowing to use an electric knife.
In case of breakdown of the motor, you can remove the beta pin for a manual rota-
tion of the spit.
To turn on your gyros grill, press on the switch (n°1 on picture), turn on the com-
mutator (n°2 on picture) on one of the positions according to the desired power.
When the orange pilot light (n°3 on picture) turns off, your device is ready to be
used.
