Caution, Risk of crushing! Moving parts may crush, pinch, or cut body
parts. Do not touch moving parts while using the product!
Make sure that all screws and nuts are securely tightened before using the product.
Adjusting the seat
• To adjust the height of the seat (24), loosen the set screw (19).
• Pull out the set screw (19) with one hand.
• Adjust the seat post (3) to the desired height with the other hand.
• Reinsert the set screw (19) and tighten by turning it clockwise.
• To adjust the seating position, loosen the knob (29).
• Slide the skid (4) to the desired position.
• Tighten the knob (29) by turning it clockwise.
Setting the handlebar and pedal straps
• Set the pedal straps to ensure that your feet have a sure footing.
• Set the handlebar so that your arms are nearly completely extended with you touch
the handlebar.
