Einstellen der Maschine
(mit Einebnungsschiene)
1. Einstellung Zinkenneigung:
Stellen Sie die Zinkenneigung durch
Verschieben des Verstellhebels nach
hinten ein und arretieren Sie diesen
hinter der senkrechten Lasche.
Hebel hinten = Zinken steiler
= aggressiver
2. Einstellung Arbeitstiefe:
Stellen Sie die Arbeitstiefe
der Zinken durch die
Steck-Tiefenverstellung an
der Radschwinge ein.
Stützräder höher
= Zinken tiefer = aggressiver
3. Einebnungsschiene
Grundeinstellung:
Etwa 1-2 cm über der Gras narbe schwebend.
Die Einebnungsschiene soll nur bei
Maulwurfshaufen Bodenkontakt haben!
4. Parallelogrammlenker
Das „schwebende" Parallelogramm der Einebnungsschiene
lässt diese bei Bodenkontakt nach oben ausweichen und
dient gleichzeitig als Sollbruchstelle.
Bestücken Sie die oberen Parallelogrammlenker daher immer
doppelt, d.h. pro Einstellspindel oben rechts und links jeweils
zwei Stück, unten jeweils einen.
5. Steckerverstellung der Einebnungsschiene
Mit dem Hebelwerkzeug wird die Arbeitstiefe
eingestellt und mit den Steckern abgesteckt.
Achtung:
Die Striegelzinken haben während der Arbeit Boden kontakt.
Heben Sie die Maschine daher vor dem Zurücksetzen oder
Zurückrollen immer aus!
Beim Zurücksetzen mit nicht ausgehobener Maschine können
sich die Striegelzinken im Boden verhaken und brechen.

1. Adjusting the inclination
of the tines:
Adjust the inclination of the tines by
moving the adjustment lever to the
rear and lock is behind the vertical
adjustment frame.
Lever to the rear = tines steeper

= more aggressive
2. Adjusting the working depth:
Adjust the working depth of the

tines with the depth adjustment
frame at the wheel rocker.
Stands higher = tines deeper
= more aggressive
3. Levelling bar
Basic setting: Approx. 1-2 cm pending above the turf.
The levelling bar should only have soil contact in the case
of molehills!
4. Parallelogram guide rod
The "floating" parallelogram of the levelling bar allows it
to deviate upwards in case of soil contact (obstacles) and,
at the same time, serves as predetermined breaking point.
Therefore, always fit the upper parallelogram guide rod
twice, i.e. two parts for each adjusting spindle top right
and left, and one on each side at the bottom.
5. Adjustment of the levelling bar
Adjust the working depth with the lever and
fix it with the pin.
Attention:
During work, the tines have soil contact. Therefore always
lift the machine for driving or rolling backwards!
If the machine is not lifted the tines can hook in the soil
and break.
