2. Check that the camera cable 1) is correctly
screwed onto the camera and correctly
pushed in on the computer side.

(usually blue for USB3 models).

nected to the computer (external disc, loud-
speaker, etc.) does not interfere with the

Loosen it completely and then tighten to a maximum
of 1.5N.
