The appliance can be used both in filtering
and sucking versions.
In the filtering version, air and fumes conve-
yed by the appliance are purified by both a
grease filter and an active charcoal filter and
are then released and re-circulated into the
environment.

In the sucking version, fumes are conveyed
directly outside, through an evacuating duct.
The use of a charcoal filter is not needed.
