6.1.2 Re fill with fuel
•
Shut off the mo tor.
•
Close the fuel tap (1).
•
Clean the area around the fuel filler pipe (2).
•
Open the fuel filler pipe.
•
Vi su ally check the fuel level.Re fuel when the fuel is low.
Never use stale or con tam i nated petrol or an oil/petrol
blend. Make sure no dirt or wa ter gets into the fuel
tank.
•
Pour the fuel up to the lower edge of the tank's max i mum fuel
level line. Do not over fill. Use only un leaded fuel.
•
Wipe up spilt petrol be fore start ing the mo tor.
•
Tightly close the fuel cap (2).
6. Main te nance Mo tor
6.1.3 Clean ing the fuel fil ter
No open flame.
No smok ing.
Do not in hale fuel fumes.
Do not spill fuel. Clean up leak ing fuel. Do not let it
seep into the soil.
•
Loosen the fuel hose (1) and pull it off the fuel tap.
•
Drain and col lect the fuel.
•
Screw off the fuel fil ter (2) and clean it in pe tro leum ether.
•
Put the fuel fil ter (2) back on.Op tion ally use a new seal (3).
•
In stall the fu el ho se.
