The female coupler is faulty.

Possible cause
One or more couplers have not been
connected properly.
There is no oil in the pump.
There is air in the system.
The pressure relief button/valve of the
pump is in the unloaded position.
The pump does not build up any pressure. Refer to the manual of the pump.
The operating valve of the pump is in the
wrong position (if applicable).
8 Maintenance
8.1 General
Proper preventive maintenance of the equipment preserves the operational safety and extends the life
of the equipment.
CAUTION
When performing maintenance activities, always comply with the relevant safety regulations.
Wear the prescribed personal protection equipment.
8.2 Dangerous substances
CAUTION
Used or leaked fluids, and any other products consumed during the activities,
must be collected and disposed of in a environmentally responsible way.
8.3 Spare parts
The following parts are available as spare parts. Contact the Holmatro dealer for information.
• Coupler(s)
• Sealing set
• Skid pads

Solution
Have it repaired by a Holmatro Certified
Technician.
Solution
Disconnect the couplers and connect them again.
Add hydraulic oil.
• Disconnect the hoses from the tool and connect them
to each other.
• Have the pump run in the neutral position for a
minute and make a minimum of five strokes with the
hand pump.
• Disconnect the hoses and connect the tool.
• Fully open and close the tool in one go.
Put the pressure relief button/valve of the pump in the
operation position.
Put the operating valve of the pump in the correct
position.
