6. Maintenance and cleaning
6.1 Cleaning
Only clean from outside using a lightly dampened cloth with the mains plug unplugged. Ensure that electronic
parts do not come into contact with moisture. Do not use any cleaning products containing solvents!
6.2 Maintenance
Do not clean the milling spindle with compressed air!
Clean the collet/chuck and mounter of the motor occasionally, depending on the degree of contamination
(see 5.8)
7. Troubleshooting
Fault
Machine switches off!
Milling spindle moves in a jerky
manner or performance reduces!
Milling spindle does not work!
Rotating tools can only be
clamped with difficulty and/or
move erratically!

Troubleshooting
Restart!
Turn unit "off" and "on" again.
Contact bredent and send machine in
if necessary
- Compare data with type-plate
- Insert mains plug
- Correctly connect the cable of the
milling spindle
- Switch mains switch (22) to "on"
- Set knob (9) to the recommended
speed
