1. GENERAL
1.1 Applications (standard version)
Automatic pump dedicated to pump clean water in building (cat-
ching from a well, a source, a river, a pond ...., rainwater system,
domestic watering, boosting on weak water network) , agriculture
(areas, irrigation) and industry (boosting in laboratories, washing
machine...).
Thanks to the automatic controller, the pump allows to keep a suffi-
cient pressure level in a domestic water supply network where this
pressure is too low or not existing, while limiting the working time.
Due to its very low sound level, this pump is dedicated to be installed
inside the main rooms of the house or close to them.
Local standards and conventions to respect.
1.2 Technical characteristics
• Max Working pressure
• Min-Max working pressure in suction
• Water temperature
• Max ambient temperature
(for above please request)
• Maximum head in suction
(Silent Box 203 : only installed on load)
• DN Suction
• DN Discharge
• Sound Level
(1)
Sound Level : The sound level of any product is linked to the product
(1)
itself and the correct installation of this product in its environment.
This notice will give some advice to optimise the installation for a
good sound level (See chapter 5.4 "Sound level optimisation").
2. SAFETY
Read this instruction carefully before installing and starting up. Pay
special attention to the points concerning the safety of the equip-
ment towards the intermediate or final user and also to the unders-
tanding of the communication through the leds on the control panel.
Especially when the pump is in automatic, self priming, continuous
mode and failure mode.
2.1 Symbols used in the instruction manual
Security instruction :
non respect can induce injury.
Electrical security :
non respect can induce injury.
Security instruction :
ATTENTION !
non respect can be induce material damages.
3. TRANSPORT MANUTENTION AND STORAGE
When receiving the material, check that there has been no damage
during the transport. If any defect has been stated, take the required
steps with the carrier within the allowed time.
If the delivered material is to be installed later on,
ATTENTION !
store it in a dry place and protect it from impacts
and any outside influences (humidity, frost etc...).
Handle the pump carefully so as not to alter the geometry and the
alignment of the hydraulic unit.
Never hang the pump with the electric cable.

4.2 The pump
Horizontal, centrifugal self priming pump (except Silent Box 203 : only
installed on load).
Axial thread suction and radial threat discharge.
Tightness at the shaft with mechanical seal.
4.3 The motor
2 poles - dry run motors.
• Insulation class
: F
Single phase : Capacitor, Thermal protection with automatic re-start.
• Frequency
: 50Hz
• Speed (RPM)
: 2900
• Voltage
: 230V (tolerance ± 6%)
4.4 Automatic controller
The automatic controller is based on the continuous measurement of
the pressure and the flow rate by proportional sensors. These data
control the supply of the motor.
The module (automatic controller + electronic board) indicates the
end user the working state of the pump and can help for the servi-
cing of the pump in case of failure or at the first start up.
Some values are adjusted directly in the factory for an optimal working :
Time for working in automatic mode
Time for start in self priming mode
Time for working in continuous mode
Working time in self priming mode
