3.3. DEVICE USE
NOTE:
•
Follow the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations
as to the type and amount of oils / fluids ! After
filling the oil / fluid and tightening the drain plug if
necessary, check the oil / fluid level according to the
vehicle manufacturer's procedure. Driving with the
wrong oil / fluid and / or the wrong amount of it may
result in incorrect operation of the gearbox and even
its failure !
•
Before filling the pump with oil / fluid different than
before, clean it of the previous residue oil/fluid to
prevent the mixing of fluids with different properties.
1.
Fill the oil / liquid into the tank of the machine
through the filler hole (3).
2.
Set the desired flow on the control valve (5).
3.
Fit the appropriate adapter into the quick coupler (6)
and connect it to the filler hole in the gearbox.
4.
Unlock the valve on the quick coupler.
5.
You can now start pumping / injecting oil / fluid.
NOTE: at the end of the injection cycle, when the
gearbox is almost full, the pumping lever may work
harder.
6.
After pumping, close the valve on the quick coupler
and disconnect the adapter from the gearbox.
7.
Lift the end of the hose with adapter up above the
device and unscrew the valve on the quick coupler
to allow the rest of oil / fluid to drain back into the
machine's tank.
