a.
Lie down on the back cushion with your
back positioned as shown in the picture and
grab the (long) cushion mount.

Extend your legs horizontally.
c.
Slowly pull your legs back to your chest
while exhaling.

Lie down sideways on the back cushion of
the bench (see figure) and grab the (long)
cushion mount.
b.
Pull your legs as close as possible to
your body and then extend them again
horizontally.
c.
Repeat this exercise as desired.
a.
Lie down sideways on the back cushion of
the bench.
b.
Stabilize your body by holding the (short)
cushion mount with one hand. Slowly lift
your leg. While doing so, draw your toes in
towards your body.
c.
Slowly move your legs back to the starting
position while exhaling.
