Standby mode

All descriptions in this operating manual assume that the handset is in
Standby mode. Switch the system to Standby mode by pressing the F
button.

Navigating in the menu

All the functions can be accessed via the various menus. Use the A
button and the arrow buttons to navigate through the menu. Use the arrow
buttons D and E to scroll through the menu options. Press the
A button to open a menu. If you want to move one menu level back,
press the J button briefly.

Your telephone rings.
Press the Off Hook button.
Enter the phone number. Delete any wrong entries by
pressing —.
The phone number is dialled.
The digits then entered are dialled immediately. It is not possible
to correct wrong digits individually using this dialling procedure.
It is also possible to press the Off Hook button first to obtain the
dialling tone.
Press the On Hook button or replace the handset in the
base station.
The telephone stores the last 3 phone numbers dialled. If a
phone book entry has been set up for the phone number, the
name is displayed.
Open the redialling list.
Select an entry from the list.
The phone number is dialled.
