The corrosion resistance capability is to be proved by the operator prior to using.
The high tensile parts, for example circlip (1.4122) could have by corrosion influence a tendency to blocking
corrosion with brittle fracture.
High tensile parts must be regularly checked, for example visual inspection weekly respective before each use.
Attention: Contact with iron may cause extraneous rust.

Functional Description:

The hand winches are drum type winches. A single reduction pair of straight cut internal spur gear or direct (150-
350 kg) drives them.
The load is safely supported in any position by means of an automatic mechanical load pressure brake, which is
integrated into the crank.
The manual rope winch is not suitable for larger energy conversions when used in lowering mode.
The potential energy (raised load) is converted into heat in the brakes on lowering.
The greater the potential energy (m*g*h) and the shorter the lowering duration, the better will be the
lowering performance.
For greater lowering heights, we recommend our electric rope winches or our rope winches with brake
control.
