Always disconnect the power plug from the socket
outlet before cleaning the electric blanket.
Before washing, first remove the plug-in connection, and
with it the switch, from the electric blanket (see
illustration).
Smaller stains can
be removed using
a cloth or moist
sponge together
with a little liquid
detergent for
delicate fabrics if
necessary.
please note that the electric blanket should not be
dry-cleaned, wrung out, machinedried, pressed or
ironed. In case of heavier soiling, this electric blanket
can be washed in a washing machine. Set the washing
machine to a particularly gentle, 30°c cycle (woollens
programme). use a wool laundry detergent and follow
the manufacturer's instructions.
please note that excessive washing will wear out the
electric blanket. For this reason, the electric blanket
should only be machine-washed a maximum of 5 times
throughout its entire life.
When drying the electric blanket, do not use clothes
pegs or anything similar. Do not reconnect the switch to
the electric blanket until the plug-in connection and the
electric blanket are completely dry. Never switch the
electric blanket on to dry it!
If you are not going to use the electric blanket for some
time, we recommend storing it in its original packaging
in a dry place without weighing it down. Allow the
electric blanket to cool down beforehand.
