Assembly
Ensure that the air supply is switched off until the
pneumatic motor has been completely installed. This
safety measure prevents the pneumatic motor from being
started accidentally.
Ensure that the hose clamps are always securely tight-
ened. If the hose clamps are not tightened or are damaged,
air may escape and the pneumatic hose may come loose
and thrash around in an uncontrolled manner.
Ensure during installation that the pneumatic motor is
safely earthed at all times. It can become electrostati-
cally charged.

Clamping the Pneumatic Motor
At high torques, a correspondingly strong counter
force is required. This counter force can be absorbed bet-
ter with a clamping fixture.
Ensure that the clamping fixture holds the pneumatic motor
securely and firmly.
Fasten the pneumatic motor only in the specified clamping ar-
ea 2, and where possible use the entire clamping area. The
smaller the clamping area, the greater the effect of the clamp-
ing forces.
Do not overload the clamping area and avoid stress to the
housing.
