Operations
Proper Training Clothes
Please make sure you always wear proper training shoes while working out. It is recommended that you wear train-
ing appropriate exercise clothing's that allow you to move freely whilst exercising.
Exercise Level
Please contact a physician before your exercise program. Immediately stop exercising if you feel any pain or tight-
ness in your chest, become short breathed of faint. Please contact your doctor before you start using your fitness
product again.
Resistance Adjustment
Manual adjustment WR 900
There are 3 hooks (A, B, C) for the bungee cord, located on the inside of the frame under the water tank. Adjust-
ing the hook setting will change the assisted return speed to the pulling belt and handle. Setting C will give the
fastest return. Use caution when adjusting the bungee cord.

Body positioning
For proper form when using your rower begin with your knees bent in a seated position. Lean forward slightly with
your arms outstretched and grip the handlebar. In a smooth, fluid motion, extend back, pushing out with your legs
while pulling your arms into your chest. To avoid injury, keep from locking your knees or leaning back too far. Return
to the starting position.

1. Check power supply.

1. Check the upper cable connections.
2. Check if the speed sensor is in the right position.
3. Replace the speed sensor.
4. Replace the computer.
The upright post shakes.
1. Loose upright post screws.
(if applicable)
2. Re-insert screws/washers and tighten screws equally.
The home fitness equipment shakes.
1. Check seat fixation and its rollers/bearings.
2. Move the equipment to a different place and check if the problem still
persists.
The home fitness equipment creates
1. Check the end caps.
abnormal noises.
2. Check whether the pedals are assembled correctly or not, see chapter
'assembly'.
3. Check seat rollers or any other moving part.
The handlebar hangs loose
1. Check belt tension.
2. Replace belt.
3. Replace spring box.
