5. ADDItIONAL DOCUMENtS

As transportation can be made exclusively under total ADr exemption, ADr transport document is not due.
However you should be aware that:
1. the enterprise has every incentive to be able to demonstrate, in the course of any road checks, the regularity of their transportation.
therefore, although not mandatory, we still recommend to provide a transport document which clearly indicates:
- Place of departure (and date)
- target site (and date, especially useful in the way back)
- type and quantity of fuel carried
- Number of packages (n. of packaging/containers)
- title of the exemption under which the transport is made (ADr exemption under 1.1.3.1 c) ADr)
2. regardless of whether or not ADr is applicable to the transport of dangerous goods, please note that the diesel fuel is a good subject
to excise, and therefore, pursuant to art. 49 of Lgs. D. 26th October 1955, n. 504, the lack of a transport document stating the legitimate
origin of the product constitutes an assumption of crime. It is therefore useful the presence on board of a transport document of the kind
recommended in point A), accompanied by the receipt (or invoice) of purchase of the fuel the CARRYTANK is filled with.

6. rESPONSIBILItIES

6.1. RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMILIANA SERBATOI SRL

EMILIANA SErBAtOI Srl is responsible for the supply of a product in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of delivery, built
to perfection, using suitable, reliable materials and components corresponding to the approvals obtained.
In particular EMILIANA SErBAtOI Srl is responsible for the provision of a machine in whose design and construction risks related to all
stages of use and maintenance were considered and, where possible, eliminated or reduced, by placing in this manual the most suitable
instructions and warnings to minimize residual risks.
EMILIANA SErBAtOI Srl disclaims any responsibility for any event or situation derived from:
– the user's failure to comply with the instructions, prescriptions, warnings and prohibitions contained in this manual, and in particular
from uses other than what described in Chapter 7 "Allowed and not allowed uses" and such actions or behaviours inconsistent with the
provisions invoked by the warning notices
– improper maintenance or maintenance performed by non-qualified personnel
– the use of non-original spare or non corresponding parts (see §. 13.5)
– tampering with safety devices, protections, or alteration of the calibrations, if provided (See §. 13.3)
