5.3 Problems and solutions
During normal operation of the fryer, certain problems may be encountered which
will find below the list as well as their causes and possible solutions.
Description
Safety thermostat triggered
The pilot burner does not ignite
more
Problems
If during normal operation the
temperature rises and causes the
triggering of the safety thermostat which
interrupts the passage of gas to the pilot burner
The ignition electrode is loose or incorrectly
connected.
Piezoelectric ignition or cable are.
disconnected, the gas pressure is too low.
The nozzle is clogged
Solutions
Remove the protective cover "R" and
manually reset the
thermostat button.
If the anomaly persists, have the gas valve
checked by
a technician from the production house in
charge of maintenance
or by a qualified installer and, if necessary,
change the probe
temperature or valve
Replace defective parts, change the gas
pressure setting, or clean the injector.
Always carry out the operation using
compressed air and NEVER
use wire or sharp objects that can change the
diameter
nozzles.
