On vehicles without the Parktronic system, the brown/white cable of the trailer-hitch wiring
harness must be insulated (cable is not required.)
(The wire is near the trailer-hitch control unit)

Connecting the Parktronic recognition in MB vehicles, C-class type 202:
On vehicles with the Parktronic system, the brown/white cable from the control unit lacing
must be routed further along the existing cables up into the area of the right B-pillar.
The vehicle cable (brown/white) lies at the location marked on the following pages.
The cable of the trailer-hitch wiring harness (brown/white) must be connected to the vehicle
cable (brown/white) with soldered connectors.
