10) Replace the top part of the fountain and the chosen cap

You should clean the pump at least once a month with hot soapy water and a cotton bud.
For a more effective cleaning result, you can use white vinegar to remove any scale deposits.
1) Carefully lift the pump from the base of the fountain by unhooking the suction pads used to fasten it (image 1)
2) Once the pump is unhooked, remove the grill (image 2)
3) Remove the "propeller cover" (image 3)
4) Remove the propeller (image 4)
5) You can clean all parts with hot soapy water. Use a cotton bud to remove any dirt. For a more effective cleaning result,
clean the pump with white vinegar.
6) Rinse all elements thoroughly
7) Once the parts of the pump are clean and dry, re-assemble all the elements
