∙ Be sure that the cable is placed that way that it cannot be pul-
led or touched during usage.
∙ Always unplug the appliance and cool it down before the de-
vice is carried away. Never carry it when it is hot.
∙ Unplug the appliance after each usage or before cleaning.
∙ Always place the oil tray bellow the grill plate.
∙ The device must not be operated with charcoal or flammable
liquids.
Cleaning and maintenance:
∙ The device should be cleaned after each use
∙ Unplug the device
∙ Never immerse the thermostat unit in water!
∙ The plate should be cleaned with detergent and a brush (place
the plate in some detergent water to solve heavy dirt)
∙ The connector must be removed before the appliance is clea-
ned and that the appliance inlet must be dried before the ap-
pliance is used again.
Installation
Screw together the short and the long pipe and plug them into the base. Put the
Bowl on the Tube. Then, screw the handle on the lid. Place the oil collector bowl
under the grill plate.
Thermostat:
With the thermostat the temperature of the grill plate can be adjusted.
The Numbers on the thermostat knob have following meaning:
1 = thermostat switched on
2 = keeping warm
3 = grilling with low temperature ( for fish etc.)
4 = grilling on medium temperature (for chicken etc.)
5 = grilling on max. temperature
Control Lamp:
When the appliance is plugged in and the thermostat is adjusted, the control lamp is
shining. When the temperature is achieved, the lamp goes off.
