SOLUTION
Restore the protection device upstream. WARNING:
check that there is no overload or short circuit at the
output of the UPS
Close the isolator located behind the door
Open the battery fuse holders (SWBATT) and insert the
maintenance bypass (SWMB), turn the UPS off
completely. Turn the UPS back on and if the problem
persists, contact the nearest service centre
Replace the fuses or close the isolators (SWBATT).
WARNING: if necessary, we recommend fuses be
replaced with others of the same type (see UPS internal
protections)
Wait for the batteries to recharge or force startup from
the "SYSTEM ON" menu
Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB), switch off
the UPS, open the SWIN and contact the nearest
service centre.
Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB), turn the
UPS off and back on again. Exclude the maintenance
bypass. If the problem persists, contact the nearest
service centre
Reduce the load to below the 100% threshold (or user
threshold for the code A22, A23 or A24)
Switch off the UPS.
Disconnect all the devices connected to the phase
concerned by the short circuit.
Turn the UPS back on.
Reconnect the devices one by one until the fault is
