Winding the fabric

• Various work steps are possible depending on the location.
• Connect the motor.
• Leave the arms in a folded and secure state.
• Remove the protective film of the adhesive tape on the fabric
roller shaft (the fabric can also be fixed to the fabric roller shaft
groove with the welt provided with it).
• Protect the fabric e.g. by covering the awning box.
• Unwind the fabric and roll it over the fabric width such that the
fabric seam can be reached by moving back 2.5 cm.
• Remove the plain bearing guard.
• Lay the fabric in the prepared loops. Insert the fabric roll in such
a manner that the fabric can be pulled from the front over the
fabric roller shaft up to the fabric roller shaft groove/adhesive
tape.
• Fit the fabric parallel to the fabric roller shaft nut on the
adhesive tape, starting at the side (approximately 1.5 cm from
the fabric roller shaft end, actuator side).
• Wind the fabric once.
10.5 Plain bearing setting (Pict 10.2)
• The plain bearing position must be checked or adjusted before
winding the fabric.
• For awnings with hood section: Plain bearing without upper
race.
• The plain bearing strips must rest in the centre on the lower race
of the plain bearing.
• The plain bearing position must be set after setting the awning
inclination. Loosen the clamping screw and move the liner such
that there is approximately 10 mm space between the upper
edge of the liner and the fabric. Tighten the clamping screw
(Pict 10.3).
Important: Inclination > 5° necessary!

10.4 Déploiement de la toile
• Selon la situation de construction, différentes étapes de travail
sont possibles.
• Raccorder le moteur.
• Laisser les bras en position fermée et sécurisée.
• Retirer le film de protection de la bande adhésive sur l'axe
d'enroulement (la toile peut aussi être fixée avec le jonc fourni
au niveau de la rainure de l'axe d'enroulement).
• Protéger la toile en posant par exemple le carton du store.
• Dérouler la toile et l'enrouler sur la largeur de la toile de sorte
que la couture soit accessible avec un retour de 2,5 cm.
• Retirer la protection du palier lisse.
• Placer la toile dans les boucles préparées. Insérer le rouleau de
toile de sorte que la toile puisse être tirée par l'avant sur l'axe
d'enroulement jusqu'à la rainure de l'axe d'enroulement/bande
adhésive.
• En commençant par le côté (à environ 1,5 cm de l'extrémité de
l'axe d'enroulement, côté entraînement), placer la toile sur la
bande adhésive parallèlement à la rainure de l'axe d'enroule-
ment.
• Enrouler la toile d'un tour.
10.5 Réglage du palier lisse (Pict 10.2)
• Avant d'enrouler la toile, la position du palier lisse doit être
contrôlée et ajustée si nécessaire.
• Pour les stores avec profilé de toit : palier lisse sans coussinet
supérieur.
• La bande du palier lisse doit se trouver au milieu du coussinet
inférieur.
• Une fois l'inclinaison du store réglée, la position du palier lisse
doit être réglée. Desserrer la vis de blocage et déplacer le
coussinet de sorte qu'il y ait un espace de 10 mm entre le bord
supérieur du coussinet et la toile. Serrer la vis de blocage
(Pict 10.3).
