7.3 Incremental heating test

Proceed as follows during the incremental
heating test:
1. Open the valve fully by turning the grey
protection cap about one turn.
Control the flow temperature via
the heat generator control.
2. Start with a flow temperature between
20°C and 25°C for at least 3 days.
3. Then heat at the maximum design flow
temperature for at least 4 days.
7.4 Installation of the thermostat
with remote control
1. After having completed all building work,
remove the protection cover of the "Unibox
TQ vario".
2. Remove the protection cap.
3. Screw the control piston (see Illust. 9 auf
Seite 26 (1)) onto the valve. Direct the
capillary downwards.
The capillary must not be kinked.

4. Fit the cover to the "Unibox TQ vario".
7.5 Installation of the room
thermostat with actuator
1. After having completed all building work,
remove the protection cover of the "Unibox
TQ vario".
2. Remove the protection cap.
3. Screw the actuator (see Illust. 10 auf Seite
26 (1)) onto the valve. Feed the cable
through the hole in the wall box unit (see
6.1 auf Seite 23).

4. Install the room thermostat according to
Unibox TQ vario
The cover is not included in the
extent of supply and has to be
ordered separately (see 4 auf Seite
22).
