33. For vehicles fitted with reversing camera, encode the control unit using the VAS tester via
self-diagnostics:
•
Address word 6C
o 009 Encoding
34. For vehicles fitted with tailgate electronics, encode the control unit using the VAS tester via
self-diagnostics:
•
Address word 6D
o 009 Encoding
35. Check the functions of the trailer using a suitable test device (with load resistors) or with a
trailer attached.
36. Fasten all of the wires using cable ties.
37. Re-install all of the parts removed.
