Ersetzen der internen Lager-
Dämpfungsscheibe
Alle Turbelle e-jet enthalten eine interne Lagerscheibe
®
(1) und eine Dämpfungsscheibe (2). Beide Teile mit
der Art. Nr. 9011.740, dienen als Anschlag für die
Antriebseinheit und benötigen keine spezielle Wartung.
Jedoch nach vielen Jahren und bei steigenden
Laufgeräuschen der Pumpe sollten die Lager- u.
Dämpfungsscheibe ersetzt werden:
Pumpe aufmachen, Antriebseinheit rausziehen (siehe
Kapitel „Wartung").
Mit einer feinen Zange oder Hacken (3) vom Cleaning
Set 0220.700, beide Scheiben herausziehen.
Lager- u. Dämpfungsscheibe mit Art. Nr. 9011.740
ersetzen.
u. Replacing the internal bearing
and damping washer
All Turbelle e-jet contain an internal bearing washer (1)
®
and a damping washer (2). Both article No. 9011.740, are
used as a stop for the drive assembly and do not require
any special maintenance. However, after many years
and in case of increasing running noise of the pump, the
bearing and damping washer should be replaced:
Open the pump; pull out the drive assembly (see chapter
„Maintenance").
Use fine pincers or hooks (3) provided in the Cleaning
Set 0220.700 to pull out the two washers.
Replace the bearing and damping washers by using
article 9011.740.

Toutes les Turbelle e-jet comportent une rondelle interne
®
d'appui (1) et d'amortissement (2). Les deux pièces
réf. 9011.740 forment un pivot d'appui à l'entraînement
et ne nécessitent pas d'entretien particulier. Cependant,
après plusieurs années de fonctionnement et lors de
bruits croissants, nous vous conseillons de remplacer
ces pièces comme suit :
Ouvrez la pompe, retirez l'entraînement (voir chapitre
« Entretien »).
A l'aide d'une fine pince ou du crochet (3) de Cleaning
Set 0220.700, retirez les deux rondelles.
Remplacez la rondelle d'appui et d'amortissement par la
réf. 9011.740.
