SOLUTION
• Are you using the factory settings, or has your machine been customized
via the USB port (4)? Your SmartServe™ needs to be customized during
installation to adjust for your menu and cup sizes. Please contact your
sales representative if you think your SmartServe™ has not been
custom-programmed.
• Has your menu changed since you had your SmartServe™ installed and
customized? If so, please contact your sales representative.
• Are you using the factory settings, or has your machine been customized
via the USB port (4)? (See "Blended drink not blended properly" above.)
• Are you adding too much of one or more ingredients? SmartServe™ needs
to have room in the cup to insert the shaft and blades during its cycle to
avoid spillage. Experiment with reducing the amount of ingredients to see if
this solves the problem.
Wipe the wash chamber (10), cup lid, and
upper part of cup guard assembly (12) with a
soft cloth, bottle brush, or sponge dampened
with the cleaning solution. CAUTION! Blades
are sharp.
Immerse cup holder (8), door assembly (9),
and splash shield (13) in cleaning solution and
wipe with a soft cloth or sponge. PARTS ARE
NOT DISHWASHER-SAFE.
Rinse cup holder (8), door assembly (9), and
splash shield (13) in clean water; allow to dry.
Reassemble the cup holder (8), splash shield
(13), and door assembly (9).
Turn power ON (I); press the FLUSH button
(2b) to flush the water lines.
Following the flush cycle, insert a cup
filled with cleaning solution and run any
preprogrammed cycle. DO NOT OPEN DOOR
(5)!
When finished, open the door (5), remove
the cup, and pour the solution into the wash
chamber (10). Close the door (5). The unit will
automatically run through a rinse cycle.
Follow sanitizing instructions on page 7.
