At the slightest sign of breakage or fatigue, you should have these essential accessories repaired. Remember
that these Boxes hold Fins or Foil that can be lost at sea at your expense, which could dangerously affect your
ability to return to shore. You must therefore use these Boxes with the utmost care and within the framework of
an adapted and reasonable use.
The US boxes are used with a square screw system. This simple system must be tightened firmly to work.
Be careful not to use a screw that is too long, as it will pierce the bottom of the Box and cause water to enter
into the foam.
The FCS2 boxes can be clipped in without tools or screws. If you are still afraid of losing a Fin, you can put
an optional FCS screw in the rear hole provided for this purpose. We recommend the use of a Fin Puller tool
to remove the FCS2 Fins.
The FCS1 boxes: some of our boards designed to be surfed with twin fins are equipped with FCS1 boxes.
This assembly requires a screw on each insert to secure the fin.
