Vacfomat V9
1. Device description
The Vacfomat V9 is a thermoforming
unit on the basis of vacuum technology,
which was especially designed for the
production of aligner splints. In just one
single operation, up to 9 aligners can
be thermoformed at the same time.
Very simple handling as well as con-
tinuous digital and acoustic control of
all working steps ensure problem-free
working, even with little prior knowl-
edge.
The Vacfomat V9 has been devel-
oped especially for Biolon foils with a
material thickness of 0.5–1.0 mm and,
thanks to its vertical forming as well as
