Assembling a cutting / sanding disc

Unscrew the small screw (a) on top of man-
drel, then insert an appropriate cutting/
sanding disc into mandrel and lightly tighten
clockwise the screw (a) with wrench. Do not
over-tighten, or the cutting/ sanding disc
may crack.
Assembling felt wheel or tip

The felt wheel or tip should be screwed on
the mandrel.
Assembling a sanding drum

To fit the sanding drum, first loosen the
small screw (a) on top of the sanding drum
shank. Slide the sanding drum onto the
holder. To secure, tighten the screw (a)
again.
Installation of auxiliary handle
12.6
You can use the machine with or without
auxiliary handle. Therefore, use proper
guard (3) with high or low flange.
Depending on the work ahead it is recom-
mended to use auxiliary handle and hold the
machine with both hands.
Disconnect the power tool from power
supply.
• Unscrew and remove the guard (3).
• Put auxiliary handle (1) on the machine.
• Install and tighten appropriate guard
(3).
Installation of flexible shaft

Before assembly always remove
the plug from the mains!
• Loosen and remove front plastic guard
(3) (fig. G).
• Pull some of the cord (a) (fig. H) from
flexible shaft (11) so its end can be
installed in the collet nut (b) (fig. H).
• Press and hold spindle lock button (4).
• Tighten the collet nut (2) with the sup-
plied wrench.
• Let the cord move back into the flexible
shaft (11).
• Secure the flexible shaft by tightening
the positioning nut (fig. I).

Before assembly always remove
the plug from the mains!
• Lock the flexible shaft spindle by pulling
back and holding the sleeve for flexible
shaft spindle locking.
• Loosen the flexible shaft collet nut (a).
• Insert the accessory into the collet that
matches the shank size of the
accessory.
• Tighten the collet nut (a) with the sup-
plied wrench.
• Release the sleeve for flexible shaft
spindle locking (b).
13. Switch on/off
To turn on the machine, press the "I" side of
the ON/OFF switch (9). To turn off the
machine, press the "0" side of the ON/OFF
switch(9).
14. Speed setting
The tool has a variable speed selector (6)
for precise speed adjustment numbered "8"
to "35". The speed can be adjusted from
8,000 to 35,000 min
.

your work according to the material.
Determine the correct speed for work on
any material by practicing on a piece of
scrap.
Adjustment of the speed

• After setting the switch (9) position to 'I'
you can change spindle rotational
speed by choosing appropriate number
shown on the display (6) range from 8
to 35.
• You can change rotational speed by
pressing buttons '+' and '−' (7).
• Press the button '+' (many times if
needed) to increase speed.
• Press the button '−' (many times if
needed) to decrease speed.
Choose a low speed when working with
wood, plastics and polishing.
