Training

1. If you have not done so already, align the base and set up the device in a suitable
place. Make sure that the based is securely locked in place before you use the de-
vice.
2. Set the angle of inclination of the base and use the securing pin to lock it in place.
Please note: The steeper the angle of inclination, the more diffi cult the training.
We recommend that beginners set it at a fl at angle and gradually increase the
diffi culty level.

After Training

Perform the following stretches after every training session.
Calves
3. Kneel on the knee cushion, support yourself with
your arms on the cushioned arm rests and hold the
handles tightly.
4. Now pull your knees to your body in a repetitive mo-
tion to train your abdomen, legs, arms, back and bot-
tom simultaneously.
1. Support yourself against a wall using both hands.
2. Place your right leg in front of you and bend it while your left
leg remains stretched out.
3. Slowly push your left heel down onto the fl oor.
Maintain this position for approx. 15 – 20 seconds.
4. Switch the position of the legs and repeat the exercise.
