Step 4:
Use the internal hexagonal screws (8), the spring washers (7) and the curved washers
(6) to screw the handle bar (10) onto the main frame (1).
Step 5:
Use the self-locking nuts (12) and the washers (13) to attach the arm rests (14) beneath
the handle bar (10).
