during transport. The tubular frames not designed to endure any pull.
•
Always fasten the rope pulling machine to the anchor bolt.
•
To insert the rope: Insert the rope loop from left into the tubular frame, and place
the rope into the driving wheel as shown in the drawing.
•
Guide the rope end with load hook behind the vertical and underneath the
horizontal rope pulley.
•
Guide the slack end of the rope over the horizontal rope pulley.
9.3
Variable speed
A frequency converter can be installed to vary the rope speed between 2 and 10 m/min. In
this case the tubular frame is needed.
9.4
Faster speed
For loads up to 10 kN the pulley machine can be equipped with other gear ratio for rope
speed 17 m/min.
9.5
Other pulling forces
For other pulling forces, we have rope pulling machines for 8, 32 and 64 kN.
9.6
Control box guard
For heavy duty the control box can be protected with a guard.

Disposals
Please observe the regulations regarding disposal that are effective in the respective
country.
Empty all oil from your HIT-TRAC machine.
Make sure that even very small amounts of oil are disposed of properly or take them to
companies or authorities responsible for proper disposal.
When dismantling the machine, separate materials according to type for recycling
purposes.
Keep metal and plastic parts separate from one another or take them in for recycling.
Please bear in mind that protecting the environment and recycling materials benefits all of
us.
