9.1.2
Reel drive HIT-TRAC 16
An additional accessory for the HIT-TRAC winds the
loose end of the rope until 130 m from the machine
onto a reel. During lowering operation, the rope is
unwound from the reel. The rope can easily be pulled
out by hand and placed into the driving wheel.
1.
Take hold of reel support at the axle, pull out
the locking device and swing out the reel
support until the locking device latches into place again.
2.
Place the reel I, II or III with rope on the axle on the reel support (rope has to run
away from the machine at the top of the reel) and tighten the star grip with pliers.
3.
Now the rope can be pulled out and placed in the driving wheel as described for
tubular frame (see below).
∆
Attention! The reel turns when the machine is in operation.
∆
Only anchor the rope pulling machine on the anchor bolt.
Never fasten it to the frame.
Danger of crashing! Watch the end of the rope!
▲
Make sure that the rope is long enough.
When the rope pulling machine is to be transported, loosen the star grip, pull off the reel
and swing in the reel support.
