Electric control

1.5.1

Standard version

The contactor control for the lifting and lowering movement is located in the control box
that is mounted permanently on the motor. The power is fed via a three-phase current plug
using a 5 m long cable. The control pendant with the UP / DOWN command buttons and
the emergency off switch is also connected to the control box via a 3 m long control cable.
1.5.2

Specific version

For specific applications a longer control cable or a radio control can be used. In this cases
the rope pulling machine must particular be watched in case off tensioning the cable and
by lowering loads. The free end of rope has to be able to exit or entry freely from the
pulling machine
Danger of crashing! When the free end of rope
attaches or when the end of cable reaches the machine
by lowering!

Limit switch

The limit switch stops the lifting action, when the hock is drawn against the housing.
The limit switch only responds when the motor is running in the
right direction (rotary field of the supply point)

Lowering and braking

The load can be brought into the exact desired position using the UP / DOWN command
buttons.
The load is retained in place with the holding brake, when the machine is switched off and
