Technical anchorages:

Anchorage rail with poles,

Rock anchor,
•
Round wood anchor in ground where holes can be dug.
These types of anchors depend on the quality of the ground.
Use sufficiently strong straps or loops to fasten the machine to the anchor bolt.
At least 80 kN breaking load:

The machine must be able to align itself freely in the direction of
the pull of the rope. Danger of breaking the housing!
Do not use damaged rope straps or fastening slings.
The clutches of the rope and safety devices must not become loose when the rope is not
taut.

If the machine is used at the same location for a long period of
time:
Check the anchoring points regularly!

Pulling rope

The quality of the rope is important with respect to the reliability of the drive system.
The structure of the rope and its inherent stability (resistance to transverse pressure,
shock resistance) have to endure the loads that will occur.

Therefore only use the ropes delivered or approved by
HABEGGER, i.e. ropes 4 x 25 FW.
The rope must not be lubricated.
We refuse to recognize any damages and claims for liability that can be traced back to the
use of unsuitable ropes or ropes not approved by us.
The diameter of the rope (indicated on the thimble) must correspond to the information
provided on the type plate.

Danger of injury!
Prior to carrying out any work, the housing cover over
the drive system has to be closed and locked.
Wear gloves when handling wire ropes.
