15.
Creating space for glasses
15.1. Remove the left cheek pad from the helmet (see instructions above).
15.2. Open the cheek pad at the top, partially remove the padding and remove the
die-cut part (Fig. 21), then refit the remaining padding in the cheek pad and
close it.
Note: it is recommended to keep the removed padding for any subsequent
reuse.
15.3. Refit the cheek pad on the helmet (see instructions above).
15.4. Repeat these steps with the right cheek pad.
16.
Removing space for glasses
16.1. Remove the left cheek pad from the helmet (see instructions above).
16.2. Open the cheek pad at the top, reinsert the previously removed padding
(Fig.21) in the cheek pad and close it.
16.3. Refit the cheek pad on the helmet (see instructions above).
16.4. Repeat these steps with the right cheek pad.
WIND PROTECTOR
(Available as standard or accessory/spare part)
This accessory allows improved helmet performance under certain conditions of use.
The Wind Protector reduces unpleasant infiltrations of air under the chin.
See Fig.22A for the assembly and disassembly.
Moreover it is possible to put an additional fabric protection which can be fixed inside
the Wind Protector by means of the hook and loop fastener strap (Fig.22B).
VENTILATION
The ventilation system of the helmet consists of:
Upper air intake:
regardless of the VPS position) and indirect ventilation in the upper area of the head,
together with the innovative mesh of the liner. See Fig.23 for opening and closing
operations.
Chin guard air intake:

Rear extractor:
it is integrated in a rear spoiler and allows warm and stale air to flow
out (Fig.25).
