13.3. Fasten the two side buttons on the back of the rear part of the comfort padding
to the corresponding seats on the rear support fixed to the polystyrene inner
shell (Fig.18).
13.4. Stretch the inner comfort padding and make it adhere to the inner shell.

Assembly of the Cheek Pads
14.1. Insert the left chin strap band into the slot on the left cheek pad padding ex-
tending it out from the opposite side of the padding (Fig.20).
14.2. Put the left cheek pad against the corresponding polystyrene inner cheek pad
and push it near the upper and rear buttons on its back in order to fasten them
to their seats (Fig.15).
14.3. If you wish to use the helmet with the neck roll, make sure that the neck roll
eyelet fastener is correctly fastened (see instructions above) and then fasten
the front button on the back of the left cheek pad as well (Fig.16)
14.4. Repeat these steps with the right cheek pad padding.
Warning: the buttons are not hooked until a click is heard. Check that the strap
comes out properly from the cheek pad padding.
14.5. Insert the chin strap band into the elastic loops on the strap and/or on the neck
roll (Fig.14).
14.6. Stretch the fabric padding of the cheek pad side areas near the ear seats under
the liner.
WARNING
If your helmet is equipped with the D-Ring retention system, pull it down

as indicated in the attached D-Ring label.

Remove the inner comfort padding only when cleaning or washing is required.

Never use the helmet before completely and correctly reassembling its inner
comfort padding and cheek pads.

Delicately hand-wash in lukewarm water (max. 30°C) and neutral soap.

Rinse with cold water and allow drying at room temperature, away from direct
sunlight.

Never machine-wash the inner comfort padding.

The inner polystyrene is an easily deformable material. It is apt to change or get
partially destroyed to help absorb shocks.

Do not modify or alter the helmet's internal polystyrene components in any way.

Clean the inner components with a damp cloth only and allow it to dry at room
temperature away from direct sunlight.

Never use tools or equipment of any sort to carry out the steps described
above.
