Storage of the electrical
equipment
The electrical equipment should be
stored in dry, non-corrosive atmos-
phere. The temperature should be
between -20 and +55 degrees
Celsius.
Important: Multiair fans designed
to be used within 575V area may
not be stored or left without power
for more than 12 months.
Kongskilde must be contacted
before the fan power supply is
reconnected if the 12 months' limit
is exceeded.

Maintenance of
the electrical
equipment
All preventive maintenance should
be performed by qualified or trained
personnel.
Once a year, thermophotography of
the joints and connections should
be performed, alternatively, a visual
inspection should be made. Once a
year, all insulating parts should be
checked to ensure that they meet
the requirements for creepage /
clearance distances. In particular,
insulation materials should be in-
spected for moisture, dust and dirt.
Once a year, the IP class of electric
equipment should be checked.
Once a year, check that all barriers
and fasteners on the equipment,
etc. are intact, so that all the re-
quirements for protection against
direct contact with electrical parts
have been met.
