Troubleshooting (electrical equipment)
1) The fan does not start when the start button
is pushed.
2) The fan does not respond to pressing the "+"
and "-" buttons on the control panel.
3) The fan does not respond to pressing the "+"
and the value of the display has not reached
100%.
4) The fan seems to overadjust to changes in
set point and it is not possible to adjust the
manual set point.
5) The fan seems to overadjust to changes in
set-point and it is not possible to adjust the
PID set point.
6) The Display is orcilating between 2 different
values.

When contacting Kongskilde please give
model no. and serial no.

Check that the main power supply is connected
and the main power switch on the side of the
fan is connected.
Check that the red error lamp on the control
panel is off. If it is lit, disconnect the main switch
on the side of the fan and do not connect it
again until the figures in the display are gone.
Check that the fan is running. There should be a
green light in the operation lamp on the control
panel.
Check that DIP switch 2 is in position "ON" The
DIP switch can be located inside the fans motor
control box (see picture 1/ page 15).
Check the fan performance versus the applica-
tion requirements as the fan can have reached
the power limitation.
Check that the DIP switch 1 is in "ON" position.
The DIP switch can be located inside the fans
motor control box (see picture 1/ page 15).
Check that the pressure or flow control equip-
ment is correctly installed in the pipeline and
properly connected to the fan electrically.
Check that the DIP switch 1 is in "OFF" position.
The DIP switch can be located inside the fans
motor control box (see picture 1/ page 15) .
Check DIP switch 7 is in "ON" position when
connected to Kongskildes standard flow or pres-
sure ontrol devices.
The DIP switch can be located inside the fans
motor control box (see picture 1/ page 15).
The fan can be limited in power depending on
model and the requested set-point is not able to
be reached. Adjust the set-point down to a value
that the fan in question can reach.
